Reported in West Hawaii Today Sept.10th-

 

     Public meetings on Draft EIS on island of Hawaii held 25 and 26 Sept.

     25 Sept.-Hilo  5:30-9:45pm,  Aunty Sally's Luau Hale, 799 Piilani St.

     26 Sept.-Waimea

 

     The format is a little different this time. .   First they allow  comments on specific  chapters of the Draft EIS, which you must sign in and sign up for, and after that, general comments of 3-4 minutes, with the  meeting run by a facilitator.  Email comments go to
