Monday, Jan. 28th 7PM Peace meeting in Keaau

Aloha Kakou,
 
There will be an important peace meeting on Monday, Jan. 28th from 7-9pm in Keaau at the Community Center located behind the police station.  Please help pass the word. Come with ideas and good energy.
 
Among items for discussion on Jan. 28th are:
1.  Critique of recent legislative brief by Col. Killian on DU at PTA.
2.  Actions to stop monthly B-2 bombings at PTA and a major live-fire training at the Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) scheduled for mid-late February that risks spreading DU radiation contamination now confirmed at PTA.
Report on legal committee meeting.
3.  Actions to stop the war, including a major rally for March 2008 on the 5th anniversary.
4.  Malu Aina volunteer kalo planting day (rain or shine) set for Sat. Feb. 2 from 9-noon with a pot luck at noon.
 
Mark your calendars: future peace meetings are Mondays, Feb. 11th and 25th 7-9PM in Keaau.
