q       The U.S. Army now says it plans to do radiological monitoring at Pohakuloa starting in August 2007.  Also participating in the monitoring will be the State of Hawaii Dept. of Health, the Center For Disease Control (CDC), and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).  Military radiation contamination has been confirmed on Oahu and the military now says such contamination may also exist on Hawaii Island. Your help is needed.  Ask Gov. Lingle to appoint Dr. Lorrin Pang to oversee the military's radiation testing on all suspected areas of Hawaii.  Dr. Pang is a local doctor with an extensive military background that has the confidence of the community.
